Prior to this redesign, Barcode Bakery's website was not helping to drive results toward target business goals. The key outcome of the redesign was a consolidation of content connecting users quickly and easily to exactly what they are looking for. After completing a case study of users frequenting the website, I gathered that there were three main groups: those looking to try software, those returning or looking to purchase and those looking for supporting resources. Based on this, the site was given two main divisions: a combined demonstration and purchase page and a landing page for software resources. Visitors to Barcode Bakery are now able to gather the information they require with ease.
