This marble-inspired rendition of Capricorn was an analog experience. It started as a group of pencil sketches and is tied together by several physical textures I hand-painted and compiled. Much of the art depicting the mythological figure Capricorn is lackluster in comparison with other zodiac figures. This piece is an attempt to redeem the lackluster and unappealing combination of goat and fish.
