HVAC Institute created an app for iPad to make dispatching technicians simpler across technical industries. After consulting with multiple design firms, the UI of the application was still not adapted enough for their audience. I consulted with them to create a clear visual hierarchy that improved both the interface and experience. Implementing these adjustments enabled users to better understand navigation and selections due to the increased consistency amongst UI elements.
